Shipping & Delivery Policy

Pricing & Taxes: Currently, all prices on our site are displayed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of all applicable taxes. Orders will be billed at the prevailing price at the time of shipping, and all products are subject to GST within India. For international orders (where available), any applicable local duties and taxes in the destination country will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Timelines: Confirmed orders will be carefully packed and shipped within 1-2 working days (24-48 hours) of order confirmation. Once dispatched, they will be delivered to you within 2-7 working days. Please note that delivery times are influenced by product availability, your geographic location, and our courier partner's specific delivery schedules in your area.

1. Shipping Locations & Charges: Currently, Anvaya Ayurveda ships only within India. We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders. Please note that an additional convenience fee of ₹100 applies to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

2. Packaging Information: Your Ayurvedic rituals are precious to us. Each product is rigorously quality-checked, securely sealed, and carefully packed before being handed over to our delivery partners to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

3. Order Confirmation & Delivery: Customers will receive an order confirmation email upon successfully placing their order. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, confirmation will be sent via email or mobile message. Our delivery partners make every effort to ensure timely delivery. If you are unreachable at the time of delivery, they will attempt to contact you directly to resolve the issue and complete the handover.
